Cookie policy

Which cookies and similar technologies the platform uses and how to manage them.

Version 1.0, updated November 1, 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, are small files or records kept on the User's device so the site works, remembers choices and lets us understand how the platform is used. This Policy supplements the Privacy Policy.

2. Categories we use

(a) Essential: needed for security, navigation, session, consent and continuity of the quote and purchase. They do not depend on consent and cannot be turned off in our systems, because the requested service would not work without them. (b) Measurement and performance: we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and usage events, and Microsoft Clarity to understand browsing, including heatmaps and session recording. They depend on the User's consent and are not activated in restricted areas such as checkout and the customer area. (c) Marketing: if we start using tools to measure campaigns or personalize communications, they will be activated only with the User's consent.

3. Consent

On the first visit, the User may accept, reject or customize non-essential cookies. No non-essential category is pre-selected. The choice is stored in the browser and can be changed at any time with the button at the end of this page. Rejecting does not prevent use of the platform.

4. Duration and third parties

The consent choice stays in the browser until it is reset or deleted. Third-party cookies (Google and Microsoft) follow those companies' periods and policies, and the data they collect may be transferred abroad, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. How to manage

Besides the button on this page, cookies can be blocked or deleted in the browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site from working, such as checkout and the customer area.

6. Contact

Questions about cookies and privacy may be sent to [email protected].
